I’m Kara, and I’ve been cooking professionally for 14 years; though if you count my childhood experiments, it’s been even longer. I started my journey in culinary school and, after five years in restaurants, moved into private cheffing to focus on seasonal, bespoke menus. For the last seven years, I have split my time between cooking for clients in New York City and spending summers in the Hamptons. I am constantly inspired by my fellow chefs and the ever-changing seasons to keep my creativity flowing.
